Tasks Everyday Virtual Assistant Review by Matthew Tufte

In this day and age, any business or an organization needs to have a website. A website helps your target market to get information about your organization or business, reaches a bigger audience, helps you overcome geographical bondage etc. When Matthew needed a decent and well optimized website for his NGO, he got in touch with Tasks Everyday. His assigned VA, Neha was very efficient in her tasks and was able to provide him with the website that met his requirements. She took the challenge and understood what the website needed to be. The vision that Matthew had for his website resonated with her. You can hear him talk about it in the video about his website and her work.

The task/challenge that lay ahead: Web design for a NGO that works for children’s medical rehabilitation and development at Ventura county, California was an exciting and a fulfilling task at the same time. Neha, the web designer Matthew worked with, knew she had to create a website that spoke about the cause and relayed the message across to anyone who was visiting the website and encourage the users to become members of this growing community.

Community work that inspires: It is very touching and inspiring to see the community get together and support each other for causes that could happen to anyone. Educating the community and at the same time creating awareness for the need of pediatric medical rehabilitation centers that are affordable, in today’s healthcare economy.

How did she plan and factors she took into consideration: She picked softer undertones and messages that spoke at length of inspiration. Act of coming together just like one hand reaches out to another and soon it is a group, is what needed to be displayed. She also placed the story on how it all started, which in itself is very heroic and extraordinary.

Fundraising and reaching out using the social media: Important part of the NGO is fundraising and creating events where people can come together and be a part of it. The next event is on 22nd march and Neha is very happy with the initial requests of membership pouring in. Reaching out to the community is lot easier by using Facebook and other social media tools. Your friends and friends of friends are all on there and it spreads faster than word of mouth. All information of enrollment and the golf event are on it, for everyone to check out and inquire.
